Meet your English teacher Lena A!

Hi there! I'm Lena A. Dedicated ESL teacher focused on providing an innovative, fun, and inspiring classroom. My background includes teaching students of all levels. I am patient, passionate, hardworking, adventurous, and love working with children. I have been teaching English since 2018. I easily make connections with the students and create an engaging and safe environment for them to learn. My teaching style is very interesting and interactive as I like to teach by using flashcards, toys, and props. Moreover, I create lesson plans to suit diverse students as well as assign homework and administer exams to help students understand the course material and challenge their thinking process in the classroom. I enjoy teaching because I love seeing the progress of my students. From when students understand a difficult concept, to helping children learn a new skill, seeing a child's eyes light up after grasping a new piece of knowledge is priceless. I have excellent communication, listening, and organizational skills. My Superpower is that I can both sing and play the piano with my eyes closed! I can't wait to meet my new students! See you soon!
